Vismitha Marketplace is a marketplace: independent sellers list and ship products. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds generally work, how buyers should request help, and how it relates to our Terms of service. 2. Who fulfills your return or refund

The seller you purchased from is responsible for the product, packaging, and fulfillment unless we state otherwise for a particular item. Return shipping labels, restocking rules, and refund timing are set by that seller within applicable law and any marketplace rules we publish. Vismitha Marketplace may assist with communication, dispute handling, or payment reversal where our systems and agreements allow.

3. Eligible reasons

You may be entitled to a return, replacement, or refund when, for example:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or materially not as described.
  • You did not receive the order within the stated or reasonable delivery window.
  • The seller offers a voluntary cooling-off or satisfaction guarantee (where advertised).

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed unless the seller or product listing explicitly allows them. Perishable, personalised, digital, hygiene-sealed, or clearance items may be excluded—check the listing and checkout notices.

4. How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your account (if you used one) and open the order, or use the link in your order confirmation email.
  2. Contact the seller through the channels provided on Vismitha Marketplace for that order.
  3. Describe the issue, attach photos if the item is damaged or wrong, and keep packaging where return shipping may be required.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are typically sent to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer after the seller or payment processor releases the refund. Partial refunds may apply if you keep part of the order or if restocking or shipping fees were disclosed before purchase.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are offered only when the seller supports them and inventory is available. You may be asked to return the original item before a replacement ships, unless the seller arranges an advance replacement.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we and the seller may share order and delivery records with the payment network. Please try to resolve the issue with the seller or Vismitha Marketplace support first—chargebacks can delay investigation and may affect your account if used improperly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or marketplace rules. The “Last updated” date will change when we do; continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy for new orders.
